The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders U16 team lost to the California Titans 3-1 in the third game of the NAPHL Showcase in Blaine, MN today. The RoughRiders out shot the Titans 21-18. The Titans struck paydirt first at 5:07 of the 1st period. Adam Durkee netted the first and only goal of the game for the Roughriders at 15:10 of the 2nd period which was his 3rd goal of the Showcase. The second and third period were marred with penalties and frustrations started to show through on both sides of the ice.
The Roughriders take on the Motor City Metal Jackets tomorrow.
